Challenge

South Beach is an iconic mixed-use development in Singapore, designed by the world-renowned Foster + Partners. But over 12 years, its digital presence fell behind — split between two outdated, non-mobile-friendly websites that offered a clunky, disconnected experience.

The challenge was clear: consolidate these multiple touchpoints into a single, seamless platform that showcases the entire development, with a sharp focus on the retail scene and office leasing opportunities.

Goal

With no solid corporate identity to build on, we drew inspiration from past communications to craft a fresh visual direction: clean, minimal, and visually immersive.

Darker tones, large imagery, and minimal text became the design signature, creating a modern yet sophisticated look. We translated this across the new website, directories, social visuals, a series of photography, and a brand mood video, all designed to elevate the user experience and engagement.

Result

The new South Beach website elevates the brand’s digital presence, positioning it as a contemporary, premium destination while delivering a seamless, mobile-first experience for both B2C and B2B audiences.

The comprehensive initiative, extending beyond visual changes, resonated authentically with the audience, resulting in heightened engagement metrics and a tangible boost in sales. The company now stands on a more robust foundation, embodying a stronger and more compelling brand presence, setting the stage for continued success in the competitive market.
